Fifth Third Bank is proud to honor and serve military veterans through fundraising and participating in volunteer projects to assist and serve the local veteran community.

Fifth Third Bank has partnered with Folds of Honor to raise money to support the Folds of honor scholarship program. This program provides post-secondary educational scholarships to children and spouses of military service men and women killed or disabled while serving our nation.

Starting October 15, 2012, donations can be made at participating Fifth Third Bank financial centers in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana up until November 17, 2012. Fifth Third Bank will provide matching donations up to a total amount of $50,000.

In observance of Veterans Day, Fifth Third Bank will host a Day of Appreciation on Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Great Hall in Union Station.  The public is welcome to join us and participate in our Appreciation Stations, sending messages of support to our active service members.  Guests can also learn about other non-profit organizations serving the veteran community, view a variety of military displays and enjoy entertainment throughout the day.
